PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Everything you need to know before coming to have fun at Giga Jump.
Giga Jump is a large inflatable park that travels to different cities.
On each date, the park is set up for a limited time and is accessible to the public during the announced hours.
Access is on-site, according to the conditions indicated for each event.
Minimum Age and Height: Access is reserved for individuals aged 3 and over.
Maximum Capacity: Please respect the queue and the instructions of the staff.
Supervision: Children under 7 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult on-site (even if they are independent within the structure).
Health Status: Access is prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs, those with heart problems, back or neck issues, pregnant women, and anyone whose physical or mental condition could be affected by the activity.

For the safety of all and the preservation of the structure, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Enter the structure with shoes (including sandals or flip-flops), glasses, or any sharp or pointed objects (keys, pens, flashy jewellery, etc.).
- Bring food, drinks, chewing gum, or any other items that could dirty or damage the structure.
- Food from outside is prohibited throughout the premises.
- Smoke on or around the structure.
- Climbing on the side walls, nets, beams or arches of the structure.
- Hanging onto decorative or structural elements.
- Entering the course with a pet.
Giga Jump reserves the right to refuse access or exclude anyone who does not comply with these rules.
Usage: The course must be used smoothly, moving forward without unnecessary stops.
Descents and Slides: If the course has slides, they must be used while sitting, feet first, one user at a time. It is prohibited to slide head first or to climb the slope against the flow.
Behaviour: Avoid pushing, excessive jumping, tackling, or any behaviour that is dangerous to yourself or others.
Evacuation: In the event of partial or total deflation of the structure, or in case of bad weather (strong wind, rain), you must calmly and immediately evacuate the course by the nearest exit. Each emergency exit is indicated by the commonly used symbol. It is green and white.

To fully enjoy the inflatable courses, it is recommended to wear:
- comfortable clothing;
- non-slip socks (shoes are strictly prohibited).
Only non-slip socks are allowed.
Non-slip socks, available in various bright colours and customised with the Giga Jump logo, are on sale on site.
Price: €3 per pair.
Giga Jump activities are dependent on weather conditions.
In case of adverse weather (rain, wind, storm, excessive heat), the park may be temporarily or permanently closed for safety reasons.
